As per the Gazette Notification reference 2nd cited,
area notification for opening of new Unaided Schools in
Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Malappuram
and Palakkad Districts were published. An Erratum was
also published is reference 3rd above. As per the Gazette
Notification, time for filing objections and representation
against the list was fixed for one month from the date of
publication of Gazette Notification ie. on 5-11-2009. Further
an Erratum Notification was issued on 24-11-2009, the last
date of filing objection and representation has also to be
extended.
Therefore it is ordered that the last date for filing
objections and representations against the list published as
per the Gazette Notification 2nd and 3rd is fixed for one
month from the date of publication of this notification or
23-12-2009, whichever is earlier. The objections are to be
filed before the concerned Assistant Educational Officer/
District Educational Officer as the one may be and should
be accompanied by a chalan for Rs. 10. Objections without
the original chalan receipt will be summarily rejected.
