Tripunithura.

The tenders should superscribed tender for

the execution of AMC to the Computer System and

Accessories installed and addressed to the Principal,

Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

Cost of tender form (Non-refundable) :

Duplicate—Rs. 225.

Rs. 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if

the tender form has be sent by post.

Last date and time for sale of tender—7-12-2009, 2. p.m.

Last date and time for receipt of tender form—

14-12-2009, 2 p. m.

Date and time for opening of tenders—14-12-2009,

3 p. m.

Date upto which the rates to be firm—31-3-2010.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura

obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance.

The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postages

Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of

forms nor will the form be sent per V. P. P.
