No. SS III/HSA(English) Mala. Medi/Edn./KSGD/05.

14th January 2009.

It is hereby notifid that the following modification is

made in the Ranked List No. 479/05/SSIII dated 29-12-2005

for selection to the post of HSA (English) on

Rs. 4600-7125(PR) in Education Department, Kasargod

District.

This is in compliance with the judgement of the

Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala in

WP (C) No. 21300/05 dated 13-7-2006 and subject to the

result of review petition filed by the Commission pending

before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

The entries in the Main List upto Rank 89 remain

unchanged. Rank from 90 to 98 in the main list is

cancelled along with all the supplementary lists and their

ranks have been re-assigned. The names of the candidates

interviewed on 24-9-2008 to 27-9-2008, found suitable by

the Commission have also been included in this addendum

notification.

in the prescribed form (available from the official website of

the Commission) along with the original chalan should be sub-

mitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-1) Kerala Public

Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one

month of the publication of the Ranked List for this post. The

copy of the answer scripts will be issued only once. Copies

of OMR answer scripts invalidated due to any defect will not

be

issued.

2. The short List is prepared based on the details

the Short List are directed to send self attested copies

of documents to prove their claims made in the

application, i.e., qualification, date of birth,

community and other benefits, if any to which they

the date of publication of this notification.The

Register numbers of those candidates who do not

produce the required documents within the prescribed

The candidates who have secured 50 (Fifty only) marks

and above are included in the Main list of this short List. The

requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in

respect of the Supplimentary Lists.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes

included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non

Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O. (P) No. 117/08/SC/ST/DD

dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same along with the other

documents mentioned above or as and when called for. Such

candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required

Non- Cremy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the

benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as

open Competition candidates. As regard such Candidates in

the Supplimentary List of other Backward classes, their

register numbers will be deleted from the short List without

further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer

Certificate.

The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in

due course.

The following list contains the names of candidates

found suitable on the basis of the object type (OMR

Valuation) test held on 19-4-2008 for the Post of LD Clerk

(SR for SC/ST) on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in the Various/

Kerala Water Authority/ Kerala Khadi and Villages

Industries Board (Category No. 108/2006) in Palakkad

District arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is

brought into force with effect from 5-6-2009. The ranked

list will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list

after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till

the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates

from the list will be advised for appointment in

accordance with the rules and orders regarding

reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if

applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission

during the pendency of the list. As the advice for

appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the

list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in

the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at

all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their

names in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 67 (Sixty seven)

marks and above have been included in the Main List of

this Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be

rechecked, if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting

the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any

one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Application for re-checking of answer scripts should

be submitted in the prescribed from available free of cost

from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the

Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed

in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website

www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications

submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The application for rechecking along with the

Original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer,

Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad

within one month from date of publication of the Ranked

List. Application for rechecking received after the

prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not

be entertained. The Fee once remitted will not be

refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who

send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form

within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan

receipt as stated above, the mark awarded will be

rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be

intimated to the candidates from this Office.

Entries put in column (4) community are based on

the communities specified by the candidates in their

application forms and proved by them with necessary

documents. The candidates whose communities have not

been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in

their applications should intimate the fact to the District

Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office,

Palakkad within 1 (one) month from the date of

publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of

reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence

of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the

candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The following list contains the names of candidates

found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective

Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 13-4-2008,

28-4-2008 and verification of original documents of

candidates included in the Probability List (Combined

List for Category No. 72/06-V.E.O. Gr.-II and Category

No. 73/06-L.V. E. O. Gr.-II) published on 12-2-2009 for the Post

of Village Extension Officer Gr.-II on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in

Rural Development Department in Kannur District for which

notification for selection was published in the Gazette

dated 11-9-2006 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked

List is brought into force w.e.f. 18-6-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one

year provided that the said list will continue to be in force

till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of

a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be

advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and

orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from

time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to

the Commission during the pendancy of this list. As the

advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of

vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates

included in this list will secure appointment. The

candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation

will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of

the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer script is not allowed.

But the answer scripts will

be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a

chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees

Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the

state under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State

PSC- 99 Examination Fee”. application for rechecking with

the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer,

KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the

date on which this Notification is officially realeased by

the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking

received after the prescribed time limit will not be

entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the

Commission or its photo copy or downloaded and printed

in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website

www.keralapsc.org or photo copied there from. Applications

submitted in any other manner will not be

considered.

The application for rechecking received from

candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated

will not be considered.

The candidates, who are willing to obtain the Photo

Copies of their OMR Answer `Scripts should remit

prescribed fee of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasury in the

State under the Head of Accounts “0051-PSC-800 Other

Receipts 99 Other Receipts”. The application for obtaining

Photo copy of OMR Answer Scripts should be in the

prescribed form as published along with this notification

and should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office,

Kannur within one month from the date of publication of

the Ranked List. The application received after the

prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once

remitted will not be refunded.

Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on

the communities specified by the candidates in their

applications and proved with necessary documents.

The

candidates whose communities have not been correctly

noted in the list as proved by them in their applications

should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC

District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of

publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to

which they are entitled to.

In the absence of timely

information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates

will be advised on the basis of communities specified in

the list.
