The tender should be submitted as Tender
No. A6/1731/2009-10/GCW dated 4-12-2009 for installing
LAN Connectivity between Various Departments and
addressed to “The Principal, Government College for
Women, Thiruvananthapuram” so as to reach the
undersigned on or before 2-1-2010 at 2 p. m. The last date
and time of sale of tender form is at 1 p. m. on 2-1-2010.
Tenders received after the date and time will not be
accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received
within the time stipulated above would be opened on
2-1-2010 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or
their authorized representatives who may present at that
time.
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed
intended forms on demand from the College Office
between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m. on all working days on
payment of Rs. 300+VAT. Duplicate tender forms if
required will be issued at Rs. 150+VAT. Those who are
intending to obtain the same by post should submit
their request together with a self addressed and stamped
envelope affixing Postage Stamp of worth Rs. 50. The cost
of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under
any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheques/Postage Stamps/Postal Order will not be
accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms
be sent by V.P.P. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to
the tenderers outside the State in case they request for
the same and remit separately Rs. 50 being the cost of
Stamp Paper and Rs. 30. towards postage. Money Order
alone will be accepted for this purpose.
NB:— The price to be quoted in the tender must be
inclusive of all taxes.
