M/s Olakkulam Rubber ICS, Limited No. Q-339,
Mukkoottuthara, Pathanamthitta was Registered on
15-5-1979 having 51 Members. Accordingly, the Society
was Registered and the bye-law was approved by the
Registrar. As per proceeding “1st” cited above, the
society was ordered to be wound up and the liquidator
took charge on 23-11-1999.
Since all the formalities as per Rule-69 has been
completed, the liquidator has recommended for the
cancellation of the Registration. The liquidator has
furnished
a
Nil
Balance
Sheet,
as
on
21-1-2008. Hence there is no liability outstanding against
the Society to Government and any other agency/
members/organizations and no asset to be recovered.
Therefore the society has been finally wound up and
cancelled the Registration.
ORDER
In the circumstances cited above, I, in exercise of
powers conferred upon me as the Registrar under section
74 of KCS Act 21 of 1969 do hereby ordered final wound
up of the affairs and cancel the Registration of the
Olakkulam Rubber, ICS Ltd. No. Q-339, Mukkoottuthara,
Pathanamthitta. The liquidator shall keep the records of
the society for a period of further three years and destroy
with the prior permission of the undersigned.
