of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State

(head of account 0051 PSC-800 other receipts-

99-other receipts). The duly filled in application

in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s website) along with the original

chalan should be submitted to the Deputy

Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service

Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4

within one month of the date of publication

of this ranked list. A copy of an answer sheet

will be issued only once to a candidate.

Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated

due to any defect will not be issued.

Candidates are prohibited from applying for

a copy of an answer sheet which is not their

own and legal proceedings will be initiated

against those who do so.

The following list contains the names of candidates

found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective

Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 7-6-2008 for the post

of Junior Public Health Nurse Gr. II on Rs. 6680-10790 in

publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a

minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be

advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and

orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from

time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to

the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the

advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of

vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates

included in the list will secure appointment. The

candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation

will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of

the inclusion of their names in the list.

All the eligible candidates who were included in the

probability list and appeared for the certificate verification

have been included in the Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be

rechecked, if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting

the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any

one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Application for re-checking of answer scripts should

be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the

Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed

in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website

www.keralapsc.org. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates

whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not

included in the ranked list are advised to refer to

Notification No. ER II (3) 4021/JPHN Gr. II/GEN/08/EW

dated 5-3-2009 for the Register Number of invalidated

answer scripts and the reason thereof.

The application for rechecking along with the original

chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala

Public Service Commission District Office, Coporation

Building, Andamukkom, Kollam within one month from

date of publication of the Ranked List. Application for

rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not

The following list contains the names of candidates

found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective

Type (OMR) Test held on 19-4-2008 and the verification

of original documents of candidates included in the

probability list published on 20-4-2009 for selection to the

post of Lower Division Clerk (SR for ST only) on

Rs. 3050-5230 (P.R.) in various Departments in

Pathanamthitta District (Category No. 86/07) arranged in

the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force

with effect from 24-6-2009. The Rank List will be in force

till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry

of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will

be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules

and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended

from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported

to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As

the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence

of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates in-

cluded in the list will secure appointment. The candidates

remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have

no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the in-

clusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer script is not allowed.

But rechecking of marks

will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only).

The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries

in the State by chalan under the Head of Account

“0051- PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The fee

once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

The

result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates

from this office.

Application for re-checking of answer

script should be submitted in the prescribed form available

free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various

offices of the Commission or its photocopy or

downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Com-

mission’s Website www.kerala psc.org of photocopied

therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner

will not be considered. The application for rechecking

along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed

fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta should reach

this office within one month from the date of publication

of the Ranked List officially relased by the Public Serivice

Commission. The Application for rechecking received after

the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their

OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection shall remit the fees of Rs. 200 in any of the

Treasuries in the State by chalan “Head of Account 0051

PSC-800-other Receipts 99 other receipts”. The duly filled

in application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commissions website) along with the original chalan

should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary

(Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom,

Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of

publication of this Ranked List officially released by the

KPSC. A Copy of an answer sheet will be issued only

once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets

invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.

Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of

an answer sheet which is not their own and legal

proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries are based on the communities specified by

the candidates in their application forms and proved by

them with necessary documents. The candidates whose

communities have not been correctly noted in the list as

proved by them in their application should intimate the

fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (One)

month from the date of publication of the Raked List to get

the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.

In the absence of timely information regarding

discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as

incorporated in this list.

All eligible candidates who have appeared for the
