As per the reference read above, the Administrator,
Trencos, Kochuveli has reported that there is no chance
for the revival of Trencos. Also he has recommended
winding up the affairs of the society under
Section 71 (2) b of KCS Act, 1969 and appointing a
Liquidator. Hence the order.
ORDER
In the circumstances stated above, I, in exercise of
powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2) b of KCS
Act 1969, do hereby order that the affairs of the Trencos,
Kochuveli be wound up. Sri K. Narayanankutty, Junior
Co-operative Inspector, District Industries Centre,
Thiruvananthapuram is appoint as liquidator under
Section 71 (2) b of KCS Act 1969. The Liquidator will
immediately take charge of the assets and records of the
society and also furnish the date of taking charge of the
society.
The progress of the liquidation work will be reported
regularly.

Whereas the affairs of the Thiruvananthapuram

Engineers

Technicians
Industrial
Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. Ind (T) 269, (TRENCOS)
has been ordered to be wind up as per Proceedings
No.CS 5/9458/2008 dated 8-12-2008 of the General
Manager, District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram
and the undersigned has appointed as the Liquidator.
Notice is hereby given that all the claims against the
society shall be preferred to the undersigned in person or
through authorized agents within two months from the
Gaz. No. 51/2009/DTP (Industries).
