In Partial modification to the reference cited, the High
Court of Kerala hereby notifies that the Christmas
holidays for the year 2009 for the High Court shall be
from Thursday, the 24th December, 2009 to Saturday, the
2nd January, 2010 (both days inclusive).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (2)
of Sction 19 of the Kerala Civil Courts Act, 1957, the High
Court of Kerala hereby nominates the District Judges
named in the Schedule below to exercise the powers
conferred by the said Sub Section, in the respective
districts and for the respective periods shown against the
name of each, during the Christmas Holidays from 24th day
of December, 2009 to the 2nd day of January, 2010 (Both
days inclusive), for the Subordinate Civil Courts. The
respective Judges shall be on duty on the dates specified
herein.
