No. WCA 197/2009.

Whereas Deputy Commissioner for Labour

Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation,Thiruchirappally

has deposited with this court an amount of Rs. 3,46,911

(Rupees three lakhs fourty six thousand nine hundred and

eleven only) as Workmen’s Compensation payable to the

dependents of the deceased workman Sri Joy who met

with a fatal accident on 15-2-2009 arising out of an in the

course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Adoor, it is understood that the

following persons are the dependents of the deceased

workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the

Workmen's Compensation Act, 1963.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other

persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased

workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me

within 15 days (fifteen days) from the date of publication

of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. If no such

claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the

entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the

dependents mentioned above.

Claims, if any, preferred
