Thiruvananthapuram, 22nd December 2009.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 42 of

the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (Central Act 58 of 1962)

and with the previous approval of the Government of

Kerala, the Kerala State Warehousing Corporation hereby

makes the following Regulation further to amend the

Kerala State Warehousing Corporation Staff Regulation

1963 published in PART IV of the Kerala Gazette No. 25

dated 23rd June 1964, namely:—

REGULATIONS

I. Short title and commencement.—(1) The Regulations

may be called the Kerala State Warehousing Corporation

(Amendment) Regulation 2009.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force

with effect from the Ist day of September, 2007.

II. Amendment of the Regulations.—In the Kerala

State Warehousing Corporation Staff Regulation 1963, in

Regulation 14,-

(1) for the existing entries, under the headings,

“Serial Number”, “Name of Posts” and “Revised Scale of

Pay”, the following entries shall respectively be

substituted namely:—

Note:—The pay of employees working in the

Corporation as well as on 1-9-2007 to whom

the revised scale of pay is applicable, shall

be fixed accordingly to the Rules contained

in G. O. (P) No. 145/2006/Fin. dated 25-3-2006

and subsequent Government Order thereto.
