The following list contains the names of candidates

found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective

Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 22-12-2007 and

subsequent verification of original documents of candidates

included in the Probability List published on 5-2-2009 for

the post of Draftsman Gr. I/Overseer Gr. I (Civil) on

Rs. 4600-7125 (PR) (Category No. 90/2007) in the Harbour

Engineering/P.W.D./Irrigation/Ground Water Department.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from

5-8-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one

year provided that the said list will continue to be in force

till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry

of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for

appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time

to

time,

if

applicable,

against

vacancies

reported to the Commission during the pendency of the

list. As the advice for appointment depends on the

occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all

candidates included in this list will secure appointment.

The candidates remaining in this list at the time of

cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on

the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer script is not allowed.

But the answer scripts will

be re-checked, if the candidates apply for it along with a

chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50

(Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the

Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC- 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Thiruvananthapuram-695 004, should reach the office within

30 days from the date of publication of the Raked List.

Application for re-checking after the stipulated time will not

be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for re-checking of answer script should

be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Section of the various Offices of the

Commission or photocopy or downloaded and printed in

A4 size paper from the Commission’s website:

www.keralapsc.org. or photocopied there from. Applications

submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Applications for re-checking received from candidates

whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for

re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed

time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above,

the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of

rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this

office.

Entries put in column 4 are based on the

Communities specified by the candidates in their

applications and proved by them with necessary

documents. The candidates whose communities have not

been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their

application should intimate the fact to the Deputy

Secretary (Examinations)–I, Kerala Public Service

Commission, Thiruvananthapuram–695 004 within one

month from the date of publication of this list to get the

benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.

In the absence of timely information regarding

discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as

incorporated in the list.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their

OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection should remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan

in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account

“0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99-other receipts”). The duly

filled up application in the prescribed form (available from

the Commission’s website) www.keralapsc.org. along with

the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy

Secretary (Examinations-I), Kerala Public Service

Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one

month from the date of publication of this Ranked List.

A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to

a candidate. Copies of OMR sheets invalidated due to any

defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from

applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their

own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those

who do so.
