TENDER NOTICE
No. A6/1731/2009-10/GCW.
28th January 2010.
Sealed tenders are invited for Installing LAN
connectivity between Various Departments of Government
College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year
2009-10. The tender cost is Rs. 50,000. The list of
required specifications will be supplied along with the
tender form.
The tender should be submitted as Tender
No. A6/1731/2009-10/GCW dated 28-1-2010 for installing
LAN connectivity between various departments and
addressed to the Principal, Government College for
Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the
undersigned on or before 20-2-2010 at 2 p.m. Tenders
received after the date and time will not be accepted under
any circumstances. The tenders received within the time
stipulated above would be opened on 20-2-2010 at 3 p.m.
in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized
representatives who may be present at that time.
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed
intended forms on demand from the college office between
10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of
Rs. 300 + VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be
issued at Rs. 150 + VAT. Those who are intending to obtain
the same by post should submit their request together with a
self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp
of worth Rs. 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will
not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms
are not transferable.
Cheque/Postage stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted
towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by
VPP. Kerala stamp paper will be supplied to the tenderers
outside the state in case they request for the same and remit
separately Rs. 50 being the cost of stamp paper and Rs. 30
towards postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for
this purpose.
