was appointed as the liquidator of M/s. Lekshmi

Powerloom ICS Ltd. No. 132. Now he has been

transferred from that office. Hence this order.

ORDER

In the above circumstances stated above, I in

exercise of powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2)

of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order the winding up of

the affairs of the, the action of the M/s. Lekshmi

Powerloom ICS Ltd. No. 132 and re-authorized

Sri Jayakumar, Senior Co-operative Inspector,

Thiruvananthapuram Handloom Circle as Liquidator.

He will take charge of the assets and records of the

society immediately and report the date of taking charge

of the society and periodical report on the progress of

the work will be forwarded promptly.

Whereas the affairs of Pudussery Pattikajathi Metal

Workers (W/S) ICS Ltd. No. S. IND (P) 73, Industrial

Estate, Kanjikode, Palakkad District have been order to be

wound up and the undersigned has been appointed as

the Liquidator, as per the Proceedings No. VI/3500/2008

dated 21-8-2009 of the General Manager, District Industries

Centre, Palakkad and whereas the liquidator has taken

over charge of the assets and liabilities of the society on

11-12-2009. Notice is hereby given that all claims against

the society shall be preferred to the undersigned in

person or through authorised agents within two months

from the date of publication of this notice. Any claims

preferred thereafter will not be considered.
