Shri. K. Ramakrishnan Commission of Inquiry.

ORDER

In the circumstances reported by Shri K. Ramakrishnan

Commission of Inquiry in his letter read as 3rd paper

above, Government are pleased to accord sanction for the

appointment of a Counsel to assist the Commission.

Orders regarding fee to the Counsel will be issued

separately, for which the Commission will furnish

necessary proposals to Government.

Government also order that the post of Secretary to

the Commission sanctioned as per the Government Order

read as 2nd paper above will be in the grade of

Sheristadar, District Court on Rs. 11910-19350 instead of

the grade of Section Officer.
