Whereas, the National Insurance Company has

deposited with this court an amount of Rs. 4,39,440

(Rupees four lakhs thirty nine thousand four hundred and

fourty only) as Workmen’s Compensation payable to the

dependents of the deceased workman Sri K. Prasad,

Kunnath House, Kannothumchal, P. O. Chovva who met

with a fatal accident on 14-1-2007 out of and in the course

of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Kannur Ist Circle. It is

understood that the following persons are the dependents

of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2

(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the dependent

mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will

not be considered.
