Division as mentioned in the schedule below will be conducted on the dates noted against each by the Divisional Forest
Officer, Nilambur South Division or any other officer authorised by him for the purpose subject to the conditions
published by the Chief Conservator of Forests, Thiruvananthapuram vide No. Pro. (5)-6835/2009 dated 2-12-2009 in Kerala
Gazette No. 50 dated 22-12-2009 in forest pages 669 to 675. If the date of auction happens to be a public holiday or if
the sale is not conducted due to some other reasons the sale will be conducted on alternative day noted in the schedule

1 p.m. on 15-9-2010 and will be received on the same day
upto 3 p.m. The tenders will be opened by the
undersigned or his depute on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in
the presence of the tenderes attending that time. In case
due to some other reasons the proposed tenders of any
work is not materialised on the Scheduled date on
15-9-2010, such tender will be accepted at the same time
on 22-9-2010 such tender will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on
the same day. If the due date happens to be a holiday,
the tender form will be received on the next day at the
same time.
Tender forms are not transferable. The EMD noted
against each works should be paid along with the tender
form by Demand Draft (cheque will not be acceptable)
drawn in favour of the undersigned payable at any
Nationalised Bank at Nilambur. Incomplete tender or tender
without EMD and preliminary agreement are liable to be
rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
tender without arraying any reasons and changes the
estimate amount marginally thereof. All the conditions
prevailing in the Kerala PWD tenders are applicable to this
tender also.

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 8-9-2010. at
the office of the Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife
Division, Sulthan Bathery. The tender forms can be
purchased from the office of the undersigned during office
hours upto 1 p.m. on all working days till the tender date.
Cost of tender form is non refundable. The intending
tenderer should apply with proof of identity such as
Electoral Identity Card, Driving Licence, Indian Passport,
etc. along with Registration Certificate in original to get the
tender form. The tender form should be properly filled up
and should be submitted on or before 3 p.m. on the date
of tender. It should be accompanied by all necessary
documents, along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of
Bankers DD, or Fixed Deposit or National Saving
Certificate pledged in favour of Wildlife Warden, Wayanad
Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery, payable at Sulthan
Bathery. The intending tenderers should also furnish a
preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs.100 along
with tender for each work. Incomplete tender or tenders
without necessary documents or tenders not in accordance
with tender conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be
opened by the Wildlife Warden or an officer authorised
by him at 3.30 p.m. on the same day, in the presence of
those tenderers who are present at the time. The Wildlife
Warden reserves the right to reject any tender either partly
or in wholly without assigning any reason thereof. If the
tender could not be conducted on the notified date due to
any reasons, it will be conducted at the same place and
time on the next working day, as per the same conditions.
If the tender for all works or any of the works could
not be conducted on the said date/dates, tender for such
works will be conducted at the above place and time with
same conditions on 16-9-2010. If tender could not be
conducted on that day, it will be conducted on 22-9-2010.
If it could not be conducted on that day also, it will be
conducted on 30-9-2010. If it could not be conducted on
that day also, it will be conducted on 6-10-2010. All
existing rules, regulations, directions, conditions etc.
prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department
and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works
shall be applicable to these works and tender also.
