The tender with superscription as “Tender for the

supply of Poultry Feed Ingredients for a period from

1-10-2010 to 31-12-2010” addressed to the “Director of

Animal Husbandry, Vikas Bhavan, 6th Floor,

Thiruvananthapuram-695 033" shall reach on or before

20-9-2010 at 11 a. m. Tender will be opened at 11.30 a. m.

on the same day in the presence of tenderers/authorised

representatives at that time. If the date for opening the

tender is declared as a holiday the tender will be opened

on the next day at the same time.

Interested tenderers may apply to the Directorate of

Animal Husbandry, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain requisite

tender form in which the tender is to be submitted.

Application for the tender form shall be accompanied by

cash remittance or by Money Order for Rs. 2,392 (Rupees

two thousand three hundred and ninetytwo only)

including VAT which is the price fixed for the tender form.

(Rs. 2,300 + VAT @ 4% Rs.92). The price of the tender

form once remitted will not be refunded at any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sales

of the tender forms will be closed on 19-9-2010 at 4 p. m.

Demand Drafts, Cheques, Stamps, Postal Orders, etc. will

not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms and

the tender forms will not be sent as VPP. Duplicate tender

forms will be issued for Rs. 1,248 (Rupees one thousand

two hundred and fortyeight only) including Sales Tax (Rs.

1,150 + 4% VAT). For more details contact Directorate of

Animal Husbandry on any working day during the office

hours. The undersigned reserves all the rights to issue

tender documents and to accept/reject any/all tender in

Part/full without assigning any reason.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

Electrical Equipments to Various Department of Maharaja's

College, Ernakulam during 2010-11 under the scheme of

promotion of Basic Scientific Research-UGC.

The tender should be superscribed “Tender

No. V/2010-11 supply of Electrical Equipments under the

scheme of promotion of Basic Scientific Research-

UGC” and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College,

Ernakulam. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on

7-9-2010 in the presence of such of tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may be present at that

time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Estimated cost is

Rs. 3,50,000.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the

Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam , Kochi-11 obtain

the requisite tender forms (before 2 p. m. on all working

days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application

for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance of Rs. 728 (700+28 VAT) which is the price

for the supply of Riso consumables (black ink & Master)

for Riso 970A (H.D.) Machine is invited by the

undersigned. The tenders along with samples should

reach this office on or before 22-9-2010 at 1 p. m. and the

same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the

presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives

who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be

submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from

the office of the undersigned on cash payment of

Rs. 1,400 + VAT @ 4% for original form and Rs. 800 + VAT

@ 4% for duplicate. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postage

Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards
