Whereas, the New India Assurance Co. has

deposited with this Court an amount of Rs. 2,84,949

(Rupees Two lakhs eighty four thousand nine hundred

and fortynine only) as Workmen's Compensation payable

to the dependent of the deceased workman Frederick J.

Corora who met with a fatal accident on 26-6-2000 out of

and in the course of his employment.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Ernakulam II Circle. It is

understood that the following person is the dependant

of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2

(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act 1923.
