Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

Lab Equipments to University College, Thiruvananthapuram

for the year 2010.

The envelops containing the tenders should be

superscribed as tenders for the supply of Lab Equipments

vide Tender Notice No. 3/10/A8/UC/UGA and addressed

to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so

as to reach in this college on or before 25-9-2010, 2 p. m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened at 3 p. m. on 25-9-2010, in the presence of the

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be

present at the time.

Face value is Rs. 2,50,000 (Rupees Two lakhs and fifty

thousand only).

Tender forms can be had from the College Office

from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till

25-9-2010. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 451 (Rupees

Four hundred and fiftyone only) including VAT+Cess.

The tender forms can be had by post by sending

Money Order for Rs. 501.

The cost of duplicate tender form will be Rs. 226

(Rupees Two hundred and twentysix only) including

VAT+Cess. It will be issued only to those who have

purchased the original tender form. The original and

duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by

sending Money Order for Rs. 777 (Rupees Seven hundred

and seventyseven only).

The cost of tender form, paid will not be refunded.

The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than

specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft,

Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost

of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender

forms are not transferable.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

Laboratory Equipments to various departments of Physics,

Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam during 2010-11 under

Plan fund.

The tenders should be superscribed as “Tender

No. IV/2010-11 supply of Laboratory Equipments to

various departments under plan fund 2010-11” and

addressed to “The Principal, Maharaja’s College,

Ernakulam”. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m.

on 30-9-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or

their authorized representatives who may be present

at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Estimated

cost of purchase is Rs. 3,00,000.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam, Cochin-11 obtain

the requisite tender form (before 2 p.m. on all working

days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application

for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance of Rs. 624 (Rs. 600+24) which is the price fixed

for the form and which is not refundable under any

cicumstances. Those who wish to get the tender form by

post, have to send Rs. 674 by money order. In the case

of bidder outside Kerala, Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 for

executing agreement will be send on their request along

with an additional payment of Rs. 50. Tender forms are

not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed

at 2 p.m. on 30-9-2010. Cheques/D.D/Postal Orders etc

will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor

will the tender forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender

form if required will be issued at Rs. 312 per copy.

Health Transport Officer, Directorate of Health Services,

Rs. 700 + VAT. The tenderers shall make their own

arrangements to remit the cash at the counter of FW wing

in working hours to get cash receipt. Duplicate copy of

the form will also be issued on payment of Rs. 400 + VAT

per copy. VPP/IPO/DD/Postal Stamps are acceptable

towards the cost of tender forms. The Department is not

responsible for postal delay if any in case tender form

obtained by post. VAT will be charged extra.

The tenders should be addressed to State Health

Transport Officer, Directorate of Health Services,

Thiruvananthapuram. EMD should be in the form of

Demand Draft addressed to Director of Health Services

drawable at SBT, Thiruvananthapuram. An agreement

in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 may also

be enclosed with the tenders. Late tenders will

not be accepted.

The undersigned reserve the right to cancel the

tender in unavoidable circumstances without stating any

reason thereof. But the cost of tender form will not be

Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed

forms are invited from the original manufacturers/

accredited agencies for installing Modular Operation

Theatre/ICU Complex as per the dimensions in the lay out

attached with the tender (turnkey solution including

Design,

Fabrication,

Installation,

Testing

Commissioning) in the Superspeciality Block, Medical

College, Calicut, Kerala, India. Estimate Cost is Rs. 16.5

Crore.

Tender forms can be had from the office of the

Principal, Medical College, Calicut directly on payment of

Rs. 28,125 and by registered post on payment of

Rs. 28,175 by money order. The last date of receipt of

tenders is 5 p.m. on 30-9-2010. Tenders will be opened

at 11 a.m. on 1-10-2010 in the presence of such tenderers

or their authorized representatives who may be present at

that time. Belated tenders will not be accepted. The bidder

should submit their quote in duplicate.

The Pre-qualification bid, Technical bid and Financial

bid must be submitted in separate sealed covers and

should be superscribed as such. The bidder should

submit the detailed drawing of the project they submit in

soft and hard copy along with the technical bid. While

evaluating the tenders the committee will first open

pre-qualification bid and successful tenders will only be

considered for opening the technical bid and so on.

Details of tender, pre-qualifications and specification

of the item can be had from the Office of the Principal,

Medical College, Calicut, Kerala, India during working

hours 10.15 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.

Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender

forms by post will be closed on 20-9-2010, 3 p.m. Neither

Cheque, Draft, Postage stamps etc. will be accepted

towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be

send by VPP.

IMPORTANT

The tender should be sent along with an agreement

executed in Kerala Government Stamp paper

worth Rs. 100 (Rupees Hundred Only) and EMD

Rs. 17,00,000 (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Only) within the

technical bid. Rate should be quoted against Indian

Rupee payment only. All taxes applicable is to be clearly

mentioned. Payment will be made in Indian Rupees. The

tender with out the required agreement and EMD and

tender not quoted against Indian Rupees payment are

liable to be rejected. Specimen copy of the agreement is

annexed to the prescribed tender form. Stamp paper will

be supplied to the firm outside Kerala on request along

with remittance of Rs. 150 (Rs. 100 towards the cost of

stamp paper and Rs. 50 as incidental charge) by money
