Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

equipments for the Fitness Centre to the Department of

Physical Education of Government College for Women,

Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10. The tender cost

is Rs. 2,87,750. The list of required specifications/equip-

ments will be supplied along with the tender form

E.M.D. 1%.

The tender should be submitted as Tender

No. A6/1258/2009-10/GCW dated 11-8-2010 for the Supply

of Fitness Equipments to the Department of Physical

Education and addressed to the Principal, Government

College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach

the undersigned on or before 18-9-2010 at 2 p. m. Tenders

received after the date and time will not be accepted

under any circumstances. The tenders received within the

time stipulated above would be opened on 18-9-2010 at

3 p.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed

intended forms on demand from the College Office

between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on all working days on

payment of Rs. 600+VAT. Duplicate tender forms if

required will be issued at Rs. 300 + VAT. Those who are

intending to obtain the same by post should submit their

request together with a self addressed and stamped

envelope affixing postage stamp of worth Rs. 50. The

cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded

under any circumstances. The tender forms are not

transferable.

Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms

be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to

the tenderers outside the State in case they request for

the same and remit separately Rs. 50 being the cost of

Stamp Paper and Rs. 30 towards postage. Money Order

alone will be accepted for this purpose.

NB:-The price to be quoted in the tender must be

inclusive of all taxes.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

Lab Equipments and Chemicals under the Plan Scheme-

2010 for a total amount of Rs. 6,30,000 to Government

Brennen College, Thalassery.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender

No. 10/2010-11/Plan for the supply of Lab Equipments

and Chemicals for the Department of Physics, Botany,

Chemistry, Zoology, Language Lab and Computer Lab and

addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College,

Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tender form will be

closed on 20-9-2010 2 p.m. The last date for receipt of

tender form is 20-9-2010 at 3 p. m. Late Tenders will not

be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 20-9-2010 at

4 p. m. in presence of tenderers or their authorised

representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam,

Thalassery-6. Obtain requisite tender form on which the

tender should be submitted. The cost of the Tender

form is Rs. 1,360 (Rs.1300+60 Tax) (Rupees One thousand

three hundred and sixty only). Application form should be

accompained by a cash remittance of Rs. 1,360 at the

office or by Money Order which the price is fixed for a

form and it is not refundable under any circumstances.

Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts

etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender

forms. Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. tender froms are

not transferable. Every Tender should be accompanied by

an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the

articles tendered for . This is subject to a minimum of

Rs. 30 (Rupees Thirty only) Tender form if required by

post an additional amount of Rs. 40 should be sent.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

Rs. 100 (Rupees One hundred only) is to be submitted

along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied

to the tenderers outside the State in case they required

for the same and remit by Money Order an additional

amount of Rs. 120 (Rupees One hundred and twenty

only) (Rs. 100 for stamp paper and Rs.20 for incidental

expense). Duplicate tender form if any required will be

issued at Rs.730 per copy only to those who purchased

the original tender form.

Competitive sealed tenders are invited for the supply

of various Lab Chemicals for the use of Clinical Lab of

Government Homoeo Medical College Hospital,

Karaparamba, Calicut-10 through running contract basis.

The list of chemicals shall be obtained along with the

tender form.

Tenders shall be superscribed as “Tender for the

supply of Lab Chemicals” and addressed to the

Superintendent., Government Homoeopathic Medical

College Hospital, Karaparamba, Calicut-10. The last date

for receipt of tender is at 11.30 a. m. on 23-9-2010. Late

tenders will not be considered. Received tenders will be

opened at 12 noon on the same day in presence of such

of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who

may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Superintendent, Government Homoeo Medical College

Hospital, Karaparamba, Calicut-10, will obtain the requisite

tender forms in which tender should be submitted.

Application for tender form should be accompanied by a

cash remittance of Rs. 400 + Tax which is the price fixed

for a form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3p.m.

should send an additional amount of Rs. 50 towards

Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 obtain the requisite

tender forms on which the tenders are to be

submitted.

The sale of tender forms will be closed at

24 hours before the time fixed for the opening of

the tenders. Cost of tender forms will be accepted

either in cash (remitted in the office) or by Money

Order only and should be sent to the Controller of

Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 (Name of

the Officer should not be mentioned). Cheques,

Postage Stamps and Demand Drafts will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms not

will the tender forms be sent by V.P.P. The cost of

tender forms are not refundable under any

circumstances. The tender number and the name of

the item for which the tender form is required

should be clearly specified in the application/M.O.

Coupon. The tender forms are not transferable.

The last date and time fixed for receipt of tender

is 3 p. m. on the date fixed for opening of tender.

If the date of opening of tender happens to be a

holiday it will be opened at 4 p. m. on the next

working day.

The covers containing the tenders shall be

appropriately superscribed with the tender number

and item and addressed to the Controller of

Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late

tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened in the presence of the tenderers or their

authorised representatives who may be present at

the time of opening of the tenders.

Every tenderer shall send along with his tender an

agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth

Rs. 100 and furnish 1% of the total cost of the

material as Earnest Money Deposit. Earnest Money

Deposit will be accepted in Cash/ Demand Draft/

FDR taken in favour of Controller of Stationery

with due endorsement. No bidder (except SSI units

within the state registered with the stores purchase

department) shall be exempted from remittance of

EMD/Bid security vide GO (P) No. 448/05/Fin

dated 13-10-2005. The facility of purchases against

Form-D stands withdrawn vide Govt. of India

notification on 29th March, 2007 of the Central

Sales Tax Act, 1956.

A specimen of the preliminary agreement deed is

appended to the tender form. Tenders received

without the Agreement Deed, Earnest Money

Deposit and Samples will be rejected out right .

Further details, if any, can be had from the office

of the undersigned during office hours.

Other things being equal, preference will be given

to goods bearing ISI Certification mark and in the

absence of Certification marks, products conforming

to IS: specification. Where uncertified goods are

supplied by the seller with a claim of conformity

to the relevant Indian Standards, it is his

responsibility to produce a Certificate of conformity

from the Bureau of Indian Standards or any other

test house recognised by the BIS. Offers for articles

with ISI mark should be accompanied by a duly

attested copy of the latest valid licence issued by

BIS for manufacture of the articles with ISI mark.

Due to some technical reasons, the last date for

Tender No. P1/2/2010-11 due on 4-8-2010 at 3 p.m. for the

purchase of Soldering Station for Electrical & Electronics

Workshop of AE & I Engineering Department is hereby

extended upto 23-9-2010 at 3 p. m.

The tender should be superscribed as Tender

No. P1/2/2010-11 due on 23-9-2010 at 3 p. m. and

addressed to the undersigned to reach him before

23-9-2010 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 24-9-2010 in

the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives, who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the

undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

Rs. 416 including VAT which is the price fixed for the

same and which is non-refundable under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale

of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 22-9-2010.
