NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act
2 of 1974), the High Court of Kerala hereby :
(i) Confers
upon
Sri
T. B.
Sudhakaran,
F3 Sreedevi Garden, Society Road, Maradu,
Ernakulam District-682 304 all the powers
conferred upon a Magistrate of the Second
Class under the said Code in regard to cases
generally arising in the corporation area of
Ernakulam District and empowers him to try
such cases sitting singly in the said area ;
(ii) Appoints the said Sri T. B. Sudhakaran as
Honorary Special Judicial Magistrate of the
Second Class, Ernakulam for a period with
effect from the date of assumption of the charge
till 4-10-2011 as such and ;
(iii) Further confers upon him under section 261 of
the said Code, the powers to try summarily the
offences set out earlier.

Malappuram is granted, subject to eligibility, commuted
leave for 5 days on 27-9-2010 to 1-10-2010.

additional charge of Sheristadar, Family Court, Malappuram
on the above period.
