of 200000 doses of (20000×10ml) of Tissue Culture

Anti-Rabies Vaccine for the Rabies Control Programme of

the Animal Husbandry Department for the year 2010-11.

First cover (Cover A-Technical) will have the following

enclosures:

Details of Vaccine intended to be quoted with

Specification and without rates.

GMP Certificate in accordance with (1) “Revised

schedule M of Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945”

(Current GMP) or (2) WHO GMP Certificate. Only

these certificates will be accepted.

Certificate from Licensing Authority/Drugs

Controller to prove minimum 3 years of market

standing of the product.

Attested copy of license or certificate of renewal

and the list of drugs. Tenderers should be original

manufacturers of the quoted item. Items

manufactured on loan license or purchased from

other sources will not be accepted except for

imported items.

Non-Conviction Certificate from the drugs

controller.

Latest Annual Accounts of statement audited by a

chartered accountant.

Sales Tax Clearance Certificate from concerned

authorities.

Attested (all pages) copy of Memorandum and

articles of Association or partnership deed with the

latest board of Directors.

An affidavit in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 50

notorized by a Notary Public of either the place

where the person making the affidavit is residing

or of Thiruvananthapuram signed by the owner of

the firm.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The vaccine should be of latest standards and

should have minimum 75% shelf life left under

normal storage condition at the time of supply.

The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.

All offers should be from ready stock in the

original packing of the manufacturer.

The tenderers should give the patent name of the

vaccine specifically in their tender. Literature

showing the composition of the vaccine and details

of dosage schedule recommended by the

manufacturer should be given along with the

tender. Change in the specification of the vaccine,

unit of packing etc. will not be accepted after

placing supply orders.

The Security Deposit furnished will be released

only after satisfactory completion of the contract.

The rates should be for delivery F. O. R. at the 14

District Head quarters.

Ex-go down rates and F. O. R. station of Despatch

rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and

such tenders will be summarily rejected.

On the label of each packing it should be inscribed

“For the use of Animal Husbandry Department,

The quantities specified in the schedule are only

approximate and they may vary according to actual

need.

The successful tenderers should supply the items

at the approved rates and conditions to the local

self governments and other Departmental

institutions as per their request.

The successful tenderers should complete all

supplies within the stipulated time stated in the

supply orders. No extention of supply period will

be granted.

The non-availability of raw materials, price hike of

raw materials, transportation problems etc. will not

be accepted as reasons for non-supply or late

supply.

13.

The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency,

and payment will be made in Indian Currency only.

14.

The successful tenderers should produce analytical

report of every batch of vaccine they have

supplied, to the Controlling Officer of the

destination, at the time of the supply and send a

copy to the Director of Animal Husbandry.

The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all

rights to cancel the tender without assigning any

reason thereof.

The Director of Animal Husbandry on his authority

has the right to inspect the manufacturing unit.

The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this

purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.

The photocopies of the documents produced along

If the date scheduled for opening of tender is

declared as holiday (local or general), tenders will

more than one premises, separate certificate are to

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

Waterpurifier, Waterpumping Motor, Weed Cutting

Machines etc. to Government Brennen College,

Dharmadam, Thalassery under UGC Scheme Special grant

for enhancement of initiatives for capacity building in

Colleges for a Total Amount of Rs. 2,00,000.

The tenders should be superscribed as “Tender No.

14/10 (UGC)” for the supply of Water Purifier, Water

Pumping Motor, Weed Cutting Machines etc. and

addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College,

Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sale of tender form will be

closed on 20-11-2010 at 2 p. m. and the last date for

receipt of tender form is 20-11-2010 at 3 p. m. Late tenders

will not be accepted. Tenders will not be opened on

20-11-2010 at 4 p. m. in the presence of such of the

tenderers or their authorised representatives who may

present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam,

Thalassery-6 obtain requisite tender form on which the

tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form

is Rs. 420. Application form should be accompanied by a

cash remittance of Rs. 420 at the Office or by Money

Order which is the price fixed for a form and it is not

refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage

Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Forms will not

be sent by V. P. P. Tender forms are not transferable.

Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest

Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the articles

tendered for. This is subject to a minimum of

Rs. 30. Tender form if required by post an additional

amount of Rs. 40 should be sent.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

Rs. 100 is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala

Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the

State in case they required for the same and remit by

Money Order an additional amount of Rs. 120 (Rupees

hundered for stamp paper and 20 for incidental expense).

Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at

Rs. 210 per copy only to those who purchased the original

tender form.

The Principal reserves the right to accept or to

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of Equipments required to the Drug Standardisation Unit

of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for

the year 2010-11 and for the supply upto 31-7-2011.

Tenders should be superscribed ''Supply of

Equipments'' addressed to the Principal, Government

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of

the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 18-11-2010. The

late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened at 3.30 p. m. on 18-11-2010 in the presence of

such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives

who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to

obtain tender forms on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender form should be

accompanied by cash remittance of Rs. 416 (cost of tender

form Rs. 400+ VAT Rs. 16) which is the price fixed for a

form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of

tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 18-11-2010.

Cheque, Postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards

the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender

forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs. 50

by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender

forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 208 (cost of tender

form Rs. 200+ VAT Rs. 8) per copy.

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1%

of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit

by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government

Ayurveda College,Thiruvananthapuram together with an

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. The rate

quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2011. The
