Whereas, the New India Assurance Company Ltd.

Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an

amount of Rs. 7,18,144 (Rupees Seven lakhs eighteen

thousand one hundred and forty four only) as Workmen's

Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased

workman Sri Pradeepkumar who met with a fatal

accident on 20-1-2004 arising out of and in the course

of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Neyyattinkara it is understood

that the following persons are the dependents of the

deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1)(d)

of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other

persons claimimg to be the dependents of the deceased

workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me

are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire

amount of compensation will be disbursed to the

dependents mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred

thereafter will not be considered.
