Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely
provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of

The candidates who have secured 33 (Thirty three)
marks and above are included in the Main List of this
Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the
extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
SC/ST candidates included in the short list are required
to produce 2 copies of community certificate issued for
producing before Public Service Commission.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in the Short List, who are required to produce
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 117/2008/SC/
ST/DD, dated 19-12-2008 or G. O. (P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD,
dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the other
documents mentioned above as and when called for. Such
Candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required
Community Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not
be entitled to the benefit of Community Reservation and will
be considered as Open Competition Candidates.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in
due course.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for
rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of the
Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in
the Ranked List Notification for this post.
Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on
7-3-2009 will be issued to those candidates who apply for
the same remitting the prescribed fee after publication of
the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are
invalidated are advised to refer to Notification
No. ER III/381/09/EW dated 25-3-2010.

self attested copies of documents to prove

within 15 days from the date of publication
of this Notification. The register numbers of
those candidates who do not produce the
required documents within the prescribed time
limit and whose applications are found
otherwise defective will be deleted from the
short list without further notice.

and above for the OMR Test held on 2-1-2009 are
included in the Main List of the Short List. Marks have
been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of
Supplementary Lists.
The candidates belonging to the Other Backward
Classes, included in the Short List who are required to
produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P)
No. 117/2008/SC ST DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce
the same at the time of interview. Such candidates in the
Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy
Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of
Community and will be considered as open competition
candidates. As regards such candidates in the
Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their
register numbers will be deleted from the Short List
without further notice, if they fail to produce the
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked after the publication of the Ranked List, if the
prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in
any one of the treasuries in the State by chalan under the
head of account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination
Fee”. Applications for rechecking should be submitted in
the prescribed form avaliable free of cost from the enquiry
sections of the various offices of the Commission or
downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the
Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied
therefrom. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed
fee should be produced with the application for
rechecking. Applications for rechecking received from
candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated
will not be considered. Candidates whose register
numbers are not included in the short list may submit the
application for rechecking within one month from the date
of publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose
register numbers are included in the Short List can also
apply for rechecking within one month from the date of
publication of the Ranked List.
Valid applications for rechecking, addressed to the
District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District
Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building,
2nd Floor, Opp. Town Hall, Palace Road, City Post Office,
Chembukkavu, Thrissur-20 should reach this office within
30 days from the date on which Ranked List is officially
released by the Kerala Public Service Commission.
Application for rechecking received after the prescribed
time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who send applications for
re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed
time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated
above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result
of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from
this office.
Candidates who wish to obtain the Xerox copy of
the OMR answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee
of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) which shall be
remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is
to be credited to the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800
other receipts-99-Other receipts” and the original chalan
receipt should be attached with the application. The
application to obtain Xerox copy should be submitted
within one month time from the date of publication of the
Ranked List. The copy of the OMR Sheet will be given
only once and copy of both ‘A’ part and ‘B’ part will be
given. Copy of invalidated answer script will not be
given. The Xerox copy will be sent by Registered Post to
the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their
own answer script only and if it is found that application has
been given to get the copy of other candidate’s
answer script, legal action will be initiated against the
applicant.

The following
is the Short List containing the
Register Numbers of candidates who are found
provisionally eligible to be called for interview for
selection to the post of Work Superintendent (SC Unit) on
Rs. 5510-8590 in the Agriculture Department in Palakkad
District (Category No. 260/2007) on the basis of the
Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 2-1-2009.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence
and the arrangement does not, in any way, indicate their
respective rank on the basis of the said test. Alphabet ‘P’
shall be prefixed to the Register Numbers to denote
Palakkad District.

All eligible candidates who have appeared for the
test except candidates other than SC/ST who got marks
below zero are included in this Short List.
The date, time and venue fixed for interview will be
initimated in due course.
Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is
purely provisional subject to the absolute
scrutiny of applications. Inclusion in the Short
List does not confer any right on the
candidate to be called for interview and
subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2)
The Short List is prepared based on the details
furnished by the candidate in the application
and subsequent claims made will not be
entertained at any stage.
(3)
The candidates included in the Short List are
directed to sent self attested copies of
documents to prove their claim made in the
application. i.e. Date of Birth, Community and
other benefits if any, they are entitled to the
District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad
within 15 days from the date of Publication of
this notification. The Register Number of those
candidates who do not produce the required
documents within the prescribed time limit and
whose applications found otherwise defective
will be deleted from the Short List without
further notice.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in the Short List who are required to produce
Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 117/
2008/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same at
the time of interview. Such candidates who fail to
produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not
be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and
will be considered as Open Competition candidates.
According to the existing procedure revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed.
But answer scripts will be
rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List.
