In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of

1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries

Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint

Shri K. Chandran Pillai, Advocate, Kattezhuthu Kaleelil,

Mukundapuram P. O., Puthukkadu, Chavara, Kollam as

Notary for a further period of five years with effect from

10-11-2010 in the area comprising in and throughout

Karunagappally Taluk in the Revenue District of Kollam

with Register No. 54/97/KLM.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of

the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read

with Rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the

Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of

practice already assigned to Smt. Rachel Thomas,

Advocate, Thottunkal Sairas, Kizhakken Muthoor,

Kuttappuzha P. O., Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District as

such in Revenue District of Pathanamthitta for five years

with effect from 5-4-2008 vide Notification No. 3045/H4/

2008/Law dated 28-5-2008 to the whole State of Kerala

with effect from 1-11-2010 to 4-4-2013 with Register

No. 30/97/PTA.
