can be had along with the tender form. Govt. of Kerala

ahd.kerala.gov.in. Intending tenderers may collect the

tenders on payment of exact amount towards the cost of

tender form at the office between 10.30 a. m. and 4 p. m.

on remitting the amount in cash. Tenders can be obtained

through post on sending the tender cost as money order

only and the amount should include the amount for return

of tender. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand

Drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of tender

form, nor the form be sent by Value Payable Post. Tender

form can be obtained from the Office of the Director of

Animal Husbandry on payment of the cost in cash during

office hours. Late tenders will not be considered under any

circumstances. Tenders should be superscribed as “Tender

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes

only.

The equipment should have a minimum warranty

period of two years from the date of installation.

The supply should be from the new stock noting

the original specification, make of model etc.

The supply should be completed as per the date

mentioned in the supply order.

The tenderers shall quote only factory assembled

sets and sets and equipments brought in parts and

assembled in site will not be accepted.

The rate quoted should be in Indian currency and

the payment will also be in Indian currency.

Ex-godown rates for destination will not be accepted

and such tenders will be summarily rejected.

The successful tenderers should complete all

supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the

supply orders. No extension of supply period will be

granted.

Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.

Payment will be effected only after successful

installation and trial run. Advance payment is not

possible.

The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase

Department and NSIC Ltd. should produce a copy

of current registration certificate along with the

tender for exemption of EMD.

12.

The Security deposit furnished by the firm will be

released only after the guarantee period.

13.

If the date scheduled for receiving/opening of

tenders is declared as holiday (local/General) tenders

will be received and opened on the next working

day respectively.

14.

The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all the

rights to delete any items for the tender without

assigning any reason thereof.

The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this

Animal Husbandry Department for the year 2010-11.

SPECIFICATION

Intra Mammary Infusion—5 gm tubes containing

Ampicillin Sodium 75 mg and Cloxacilin Sodium

200 mg—45000 Nos.

Teat dip—500 ml Bottle Povidone Iodine solution

containing 5% Povidone Iodine—28000 Nos.

First Cover (Cover A—Technical) will have the

following enclosures.

List of medicines intended to be quoted with

specification and without rates.

GMP Certificate in accordance with (1) “Revised

schedule M of Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945”

(Current GMP) or (2) WHO GMP Certificate. Only

these certificates will be accepted.

Certificate from Licensing Authority/Drugs Controller

to prove minimum 3 years of market standing of the

product.

Attested copy of license or certificate of renewal and

the list of drugs. Tenderers should be original manu-

facturers

Thiruvananthapuram. The supplier should bear the

expenditure for testing of the drugs.

75% of payment will be effected at an early date

from the date of acceptance of the consignment by

the departmental stores subject to the availability of

funds and priority of supplies. The balance 25% of

payment will be released only after getting the test

results.

Packing and containers of drugs shall be as

prescribed in pharmacopeias or drugs and cosmetics

Rules 1945. Containers made of good plastics must

be used for those items which are to be supplied in

plastic containers.

The Security Deposit furnished will be released only

after satisfactory completion of the contract.

The rates should be for delivery f. o. r. at any part

of the state.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The medicine should be of latest standards and

should have minimum 75% shelf life left under

normal storage condition at the time of supply.

The rates quoted should be as basic price, rate of

tax and total Price.

All offers should be from ready stock in the original

packing of the manufacturer.

The samples of all items supplied after effecting

supply will be get tested through Drug Controller,

Thiruvananthapuram. The supplier should bear the

expenditure for testing of the drugs.

75% of payment will be effected at an early date

from the date of acceptance of the consignment by

the Departmental stores subject to the availability of

funds and priority of supplies. The balance 25% of

payment will be released only after getting the test

results.

Packing and containers of drugs shall be as

prescribed in pharmacopeias or drugs and cosmetics

Rules 1945. Containers made of good plastics must

be used for those items which are to be supplied in

plastic containers.

The Security Deposit furnished will be released only

after satisfactory completion of the contract.

The rates should be for delivery F. O. R. at any part

of the State.

Ex-go down rates and f. o. r. Station of despatch

rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and

such tenders will be summarily rejected.

On the label of each packing it should be inscribed

“For the use of Animal Husbandry Department,

Kerala”.

The quantities specified in the schedule are only

approximate and they may vary according to actual

need.

12.

The successful tenderers should supply the items at

the approved rates and conditions to the local self

Governments and other Departmental institutions as

per their request.

13.

The successful tenderers should complete all

supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the

supply orders. No extention of supply period will be granted.

14.

The non-availability of raw materials, price hike of

raw materials, transportation problems etc. will not

be accepted as reasons for non-supply or late

supply.

15.

The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency and

payment will be made in Indian Currency only.

16.

Biochemistry and Chemistry for the year 2010-11. Sealed
