3.30 p. m. at the office of Divisional Forest Officer, Ranni in

the presence of the contractors attending on the date.

If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working

day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The earnest

money deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders by Demand Draft (Cheques will not

be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned

payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank.

Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to

be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject

any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All

other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest

Department are applicable to this tender also. The tenders

not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in

Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 will be summarily rejected. If

there is no response to any of the works included in this

notification, the same will be again tendered on 29-12-2010,

5-1-2011, as per the same conditions mentioned above, at

the same time and venue.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained

writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either

in cash or by money order (not refundable) upto 1 p. m.

on 17-12-2010. The filled up and sealed tenders will be

accepted at the office of the undersigned upto 3 p. m. on

17-12-2010 and will be opened by the undersigned or an

officer authorised by him on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in

the presence of the tenderers. Tenders can be submitted

to the undersigned by registered post also.

If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working

day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest

Money Deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders by D.D./F.D.R (Cheque will not be

acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable

at any Nationalised Bank at Marayoor. Incomplete

tenders or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected

without any notice. The undersigned reserves the right

to reject any tender without assigning any reasons

thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala

should be paid along with the tenders by DD (Cheques

or fixed deposit receipts will not be acceptable) in favour

of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at

Munnar. Incomplete tender or tenders without EMD are

liable to be rejected. The preliminary agreement in stamp

paper worth Rs. 100 should be enclosed with tender.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender

without assigning any reason. All other conditions

prevailing in the Kerala Public Works Department

of the Governor of Kerala from ‘A’ Class registered

contractors for the following work.

Name of work—Construction of Boundary wall for

boundary consolidation and preventing entry of Wild

Animals at Chokkad Tribal Colony in Kalikavu Range

under Nilambur South Division, during 2010-11.

Approximate Estimate Amount—Rs. 62 lakh.

EMD—Rs. 50,000.

Cost of tender form—Rs. 9,300 + VAT.

Period of work—3 months.

Tender forms and other connected conditions can be

obtained from the office of the undersigned on application

in writing and on payment of the cost of the tender form

either in cash or in Money Order (not refundable) upto

1 p. m. on 15-12-2010 and will be received on the same

day upto 3 p. m. The tenders will be opened by the

undersigned or his depute on the same day at 3.30 p. m.

in the presence of the tenderers attending that time. In

case due to some other reasons the proposed tenders of

any work is not materialised on the scheduled date on

15-12-2010, such tender will be accepted at the same time

on 22-12-2010, such tender will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on

the same day. If the due date happens to be a holiday,

against each works should be paid along with the tender

form by Demand Draft (cheque will not be acceptable)

drawn in favour of the undersigned payable at any

Nationalised Bank at Nilambur. Incomplete tender or tender

without EMD and preliminary agreement are liable to be

rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

tender without arraying any reasons and changes the

estimate amount marginally thereof. All the conditions

prevailing in the Kerala PWD tenders are applicable to
