Whereas, the Managing Director, Rehabilitation

Plantations Limited, Punalur has deposited with this court

a sum of Rs. 3,38,880 (Rupees three lakhs thirty eight

thousnd eight hundred and eighty only) as compensation

to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased

Sri Packiyanathan who met with a fatal accident while

employed under the Rehabilitation Plantations Limited,

Punalur and whereas it is reported that

Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing

before me and prove the same. If no such claims are

received within the prescribed time the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned

above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
