Whereas, the K.S.E.B. Kasaragod has deposited with

this Court an amount of Rs. 4,52,940 (Rupees four lakh

fifty two thousand nine hundred and fourty only) as

Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of

the deceased Workman Sri Dharmapalan, who met with a

fatal accident on 1-12-2008 out of and in the course of his

employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Kasaragod, it is understood that

the following persons are the dependants of the deceased

workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the

Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923.
