Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports

Goods to the department of Physical Education of

Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for

the year 2010-11 under PD Athletic Fund. The tender cost

is ` 42,145. The list of required specifications will be

supplied along with the tender form.

EMD—1%.

The tenders should be submitted as “Tender

No. A6/3798/10/GCW dated 17-12-2010 for the supply of

Sports Goods to the departments of Physical Education”

and addressed to the Principal, Government College For

Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the

undersigned on or before 15-1-2011 at 2 p. m. Tenders

received after the date and time will not be accepted under

any circumstances. The tenders received within the time

stipulated above would be opened on 15-1-2011 at 3 p.m.

in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed

intended forms on demand from the college office between

10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of

` 300 + VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be

issued at ` 150 + VAT. Those who are intending to obtain

the same by post should submit their request together

with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing

postage stamp of worth ` 50. The cost of tender forms

once remitted will not be refunded under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheque/Postage Stamp/ Postal Order etc., will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms

be sent by VPP. Kerala stamp paper will be supplied to the

tenderers outside the state in case they request for the

same and remit separately ` 50 being the cost of stamp

paper and ` 30 towards postage. Money Order alone will

be accepted for this purpose.

NB.—The price to be quoted in the tender must be

inclusive of all taxes.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the

following laboratory equipments amounting to

` 1,00,000 utilizing the Plan Fund 2010-11 for Government

College, Ambalapuzha.

The tenders should be superscribed “Tender for the

Supply of Laboratory Equipments-2010-11 (Plan fund)”

and addressed to the Principal, Government College,

Ambalapuzha, Pin-688 561. Late tenders will not be

accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on

15-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or

their authorized representatives who may be present at

that time.

Principal, Government College, Ambalapuzha, Pin-688 561

obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should

specify the rate, quantity and brand name of the items.

The payment will be effected only after the items got

verified and certified by competent authority. The

successful tenderer should deliver and install the items in
