The equipment should have minimum two years warranty. All parts of the machine should be included in the
warranty. The rate for CAMC/AMC for 5 years after the warranty period should be specified in the tender.
Otherwise tender will not be considered. The tenders should undertake the responsibility for the intimate service
even if any change in the dealership of the product supplied. The tender should be submitted the specification of the
product with brochure of brand name.
The tender forms are not transferable. Cheque, Postage stamp, Draft, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost
of tender forms. Tender forms will not be sent by VPP. Tender should be accompanied by EMD amounting to 1%
(Rounded to next rupee) of the total cost of articles tendered for. The tenders not accompanied by sufficient EMD
