Tender should be super scribed as the “Tender for the supply of Equipments to Computer Department” and

addressed to the Principal, Govt. Polytechnic College, Thrikkaripur-671 349 so as to reach the same on or before the

last date fixed for the purpose. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of

tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtained requisite tender form (with list of item and

specification, etc.). The tender form can be obtained from the office @ ` 600+4% VAT each in cash and @ `

300+4% VAT each for duplicate copy of tender between 9 a. m. and 2 p. m. of any working day. The tender form

will be obtained through post by sending Money Order of ` 50 extra.

The tenderer should send along with his tender form, an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper

worth ` 100 and 1% EMD of the total cost articles tendered Tender without agreement, EMD, etc.will be rejected.

Cheques, Drafts, Postal Stamps, etc.will not be accepted as tender cost. If Kerala Stamp Paper required, sent ` 125
