The candidates can avail only one chance after the

Candidates desiring to get rechecked the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to
the post may apply for rechecking within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free
of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded
and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered”.
The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under
the Head of Account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee” addressed to The Deputy Secretary
(Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office
within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.
Application for rechecking received after
the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to
this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051 PSC-
800-other receipts-99-other receipts).
The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the
Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy
Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within one month
from the date of publication of this ranked list.
A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to
a candidate.
Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Candidates
are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings
will be initiated against those who do so.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR
Valuation) Test held on 19-9-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List
published on 30-1-2010 for selection to the post of Forest Guard on ` 4990-7990 in the Forest Department in Kottayam District
(Category No. 55/2008) arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 8-4-2010.
The ranked list will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the
expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules
and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the
Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 22-5-2009 and the verification of original documents of the candidates
included in the Probability List published on 9-2-2010 for selection to the post of Tradesman (Fitting) on ` 4990-7990 in
Technical Education Department (Category No. 384/2007) in Kottayam District, arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-4-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication
of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier.
Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation
and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the
pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that
all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of
cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 51 (fifty one) marks or above in the objective type (OMR valuation) test have
been included in the main list of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in
respect of candidates under the reservation group of communtities.
According to the exisiting procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer script will be rechecked
to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers, if the
candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the treasuries
in the state under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.
Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the
Enquiry Section of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper
from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner
will not be considered.
The application for rechecking along with the original chalan reciept should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public
Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication on the Ranked List. Application
for rechecking received after the presribed time limit or not in the prescribed from will not be entertained. The fee once
remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send application for rechecking in the
prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be
rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall
remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account
“0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the
Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District Officer, KPSC
District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of this Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet
will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will
be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application
forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted
in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission, District Office, Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the
benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the
candidates will be advised as incorrected in this list.
