shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate
as per G. O. (P) No. 117/2008/SC/ST/DD
dated 19-12-2008 as and when called for.
Such Candidates in the Main List who fail
to produce the required Non Creamy Layer
Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit
of Communal reservation and will be
considered as Open Competition Candidates.
As regards such Candidates in the
Supplementary Lists of Other Backward
Classes, their Register Numbers will be
deleted from the Short List without further
notice, if they fail to produce the
Non- Creamy Layer Certificate.
The place, date and time of interview
will be intimated in due course.
According to the existing procedure,
revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
But answer scripts will be rechecked only
after the publication of Ranked List.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective
Type (OMR) Test held on 7-11-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List
published on 25-11-2009 for selection to the Post of Binder Grade II on ` 3350-5275 in Printing Department
(Category No. 29/2007) in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with
effect from 29-4-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a
minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for
appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if
applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advise for appointment
depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure
appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on
the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed.
But rechecking of marks will be
done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by
chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fees”. The fee once remitted will not be
refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. Application for
re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the Enquiry Section
of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the
Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org. or photocopies therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not
be considered. The application for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to
the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad should reach this office within one month from the date of publication
of the Ranked List is officially released by the Public Service Commission. The application for re-checking received after
the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection
shall remit the fees of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under
the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-Other reciepts 99 -Other receipts”. The duly filled application in the prescribed form
(available from the Commission’s Website) along with the original Chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,
KPSC District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the
KPSC. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated
due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not
their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their
application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been
correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC
District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation
to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be
advised as incorporated in the list.
The candidate who have secured 53 (Fifty three) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test to have
been included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of
candidate included in the Supplementary Lists.

The following are the Register Numbers of candidates
who are provisionally considered for inclusion in the
Ranked List for selection to the post of Clerk Typist
(Direct and By Transfer) on Rs. 3050-5230 in Various
Department in Kannur District notified in the Gazette date
25-4-2006 as Category Number 17/2006 and 18/2006 on the
basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR valuation) held on
25-10-2008. The arrangement of numbers in the list are in
their sequence and does not indicate the respective rank
on the basis of the marks secured in the test. The
