2. Tender forms will be issued on all working days

from the Office of the Principal, Residential

Women’s Polytechnic College. Payyanur-670 307,

till 2 p. m. on 2-2-2011.

3. Cost of tender forms (original and duplicate) is

excluding of all taxes.

4. Receipt of the cost of tender forms are only

through cash or through Money Order only.

5. Tenderers should furnish an agreement in the

prescribed format in the Kerala Stamp Paper

worth Rs. 100 along with the tender form.

6. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) not below

1% of the total cost should be enclosed as

Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee from a

Nationalised Bank along with the duly filled in

tender form.

7. An amount not below 5% of the total cost of

the items supplied, is to be submitted, either as

a Demand Draft or a Bank Guarantee from a

Nationalised Bank, while supplying items as

security deposit.

8. A minimum of 36 months (from the date of

supply) on site guarantee is to be given to the

item.

9. Tenders received after the Due date and time

will not be considered.

10. Power is bestowed upon the Principal,

Residential Women’s Polytechnic College and

Payyanur-670 307 to reject/cancel all or any

tenders/tender forms without stating any reason

therein.
