The tenders should be superscribed “Supply,

Installation and Commissioning of SITs” which is

addressed to the Director of Collegiate Education, Vikas

Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The last date for

submitting tender form is on 5-2-2011 at 3 p. m. Late

tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at

3 p. m. on 7-2-2011 in the presence of tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Director of Collegiate Education, Vikas Bhavan,

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala obtain the requisite tender

forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application

for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance of ` 1,040 which is the price fixed for a form

and which is not refundable under any circumstances.

Those who wish to receive the form by registered post

should be accompanied by a DD for ` 1,078 drawn in

favour of “The Director of Collegiate Education,

Thiruvananthapuram” with the application. Cheques,

Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost

of forms, nor will the form be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate

tender form if required will be issued at ` 520 per copy.

and Accessories to Maharajas College, Ernakulam during
