equipments for Chemical Engineering Department of
Government Polytechnic College, Kalamassery.
The tenders should be superscribed as the “Supply
of Equipments for Chemical Engineering Department” of
this Institution and addressed to the Principal,
Government Polytechnic College, Kalamassery, Aluva - 4,
Kerala, Pin-683 104 , so as to reach the same on or before
10-2-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders

the supply of equipments required to the Electronics
Department of Women's Polytechnic College, Kozhikode.
The items superscripting Tender No. 4/2010-11 should
be addressed to the Principal, Women’s Polytechnic
College, Kozhikode-673 009. The last date of tender is fixed
on 8-2-2011 at 11 a. m. The tender will be opened on
8-2-2011 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or
their authorized representatives who may be present at
that time. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason.
Intending tenderers on application to the undersigned
can obtain the requisite tender form. Application for the
tender should be accompanied by a cash remittance of
` 832, which is not refundable under any circumstances.
Duplicate copy of tender form will be issued if required at

Supply should be made within 15 days on receipt of
supply order. The offer should be valid for a minimum
period of three months from the date of opening tender.
