TENDER NOTICE
No. B4-410/2011/MCCH.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the
disposal of used Hypofixer Solution in the Department of
Radiodiagnosis attached to Medical College Chest
Hospital, Mulamkunnathukavu for a period of one year.
Details regarding the procedure, terms of contract and
inspection of material can be made during office hours on
all working days.
Total quantity of used hypofixer solution—400 Litre.
Earnest Money Deposit—1% of the total amount.
Cost of tender form:
Original—` 400 + VAT
Duplicate—` 200 + VAT
Date from which tender form sale commences—
16-2-2011.
Last date and time for issuing tender form—
22-2-2011, 4 p. m.
Last date and time for receiving tender form—
25-2-2011, 12 Noon.
Date and time at which tender forms will be

Tenure of tender will be for a period of one year
from the date of disposal order which the contractor
himself will have to carry out in his own expenses
positively failing on which tender will automatically be
cancel. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 50
encorporating all the conditions mentioned has to be
executed before commencing the work. A security
deposit amounting 55 of the total value has to be
submitted as receipts of Nationalised Banks or Treasury
Savings along with tender and if obtuse will be rejected.
The Superintendent, Medical College Chest Hospital,
Mulamkunnathukavu has power to defer or to reject
tenders without assessing any reason.
