H.S.A. Social Studies (Malayalam Medium) in the Education Department in Idukki District, finalized on 16-9-2010, the
following amendment is issued as per G. O. (P) 24/2010/P & ARD dated 2-8-2010.
The subtitle of the Supplementary List SIUC Nadar/AI is modified as SIUC Nadar and the Latin Catholic as LC/AI and
an additional subtitle Hindu-Nadar is included under Supplementary lists.
The name of the candidate with Rank 5 in the Supplementary list OBC is hereby cancelled and included under the list

(2) The Short List is prepared based on the
details furnished by the candidate in the
application and subsequent claims made will
not be entertained at any stage.
(3) The candidates included in the Short List are
directed to send self attested copies of
documents to prove their claim made in the
application. i.e., Date of Birth, Community and
other benefits if any, they are entitled to, to
the District Officer, KPSC District Office,
Kasaragod within 15 days from the date of
publication of this notification. The Register
Numbers of those candidates who do not
produce the required documents within the
prescribed time limit and whose applications
found otherwise defective will be deleted from
the Short List without further notice.
The candidates belonging to SC/ST communities
should produce the Community Certificate as stipulated
in G.O. (Ms.) No. 318/08/Rev. dated 23-9-2008.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in the Short List are required to produce
Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued within one year as
per the G. O. (P) No. 117/08/SCST-DD dated
19-12-2008, G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SCSTDD dated
26-9-2009 shall produce the same at the time of interview.
Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the
required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled
to the benefit of community reservation and will be
considered as Open Competition Candidates. As regards
such candidates in the supplementary lists of other
backward classes, their register numbers will be deleted
from the Short List without further notice, if they failed
to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
The candidates whose scripts have been invalidated
vide notification No. ERII (1) 614/10/EW dated
15-10-2010 are not considered for inclusion in this list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked and photocopy of answer scripts will be issued
only after the publication of the Ranked List, if applied
as per rules. Detailed instructions in this regard will be
issued in the Ranked List notification.
