Ref:—Proceedings No. 2008/09/AEL dated 26-3-2006 of the Joint Registrar (General), Kannur.

As per the reference cited, the Aduthila Sahakarana Consumer Store Ltd. No. C 1142 have been ordered to be

wound up and the Unit Inspector, Madai has been appointed as Liquidator. The Liquidator took charge on 3-4-2009 and

no books and records of the society was not received. And also the Balance sheet of the Society cannot prepare as on the

date of taking charge of the Liquidator.

Statutory notice inviting claims against the society was published on 19-9-2009 and no claims was received.

The Liquidator collected all realizable assets and made payments of dischargeble liabilities.

The final General Body meeting of the members of the society was convened on 1-8-2011 at the Conference hall

of the Kannur Circle Co-operative Union. But nobody were present at the general body meeting.

The liquidation charges have been remitted as per rules. The liquidation accounts have been audited by AEL

Auditor, Office of the Joint Registrar (General), Kannur. Under these circumstances, the following order is issued.

ORDER

The affairs of the Adhuthila Sahakarana Consumer Store Ltd. No. C 1142 is hereby finally wound up under section

73 (3) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act of 1969 and the registration is recommended for cancellation under

section 74 of the said Act.
