LIMITED TENDER NOTICE
[No. 14628/2011-12]
No. G2/14628/2011-QR.
10th November 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 5
numbers of Alcometers for the use of both Kollam Rural
and Kollam City Police under the District Road Safety
Scheme. The envelope containing the tenders should be
superscribed “Tender for the supply of Alcometers” with
tender number and addressed to the District Police Chief,
Kollam Rural. The tenders will be opened on 1-12-2011 at
11 a. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their
authorized persons who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers can obtain the specifications of
Alcometer from the District Police Office, Kollam Rural
before submitting their application to the District Police
Chief, Kollam Rural and obtain the requisite tender form
in which the tender should be submitted. Applications
for the tender forms should be accompanied by receipt
for cash remittance of ` 416 (including VAT) at the
District Police Office, Kollam Rural and the said amount
is not transferable. Cheque/DD/Postal Order and Postage
Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender
forms and tender forms will not be send by V.P.P. either.
Date and time of closing the issue of tender forms will be
on 25-11-2011 at 4 p. m. Last date and time of receipt of
tender is 28-11-2011, 4 p. m. Duplicate tender form if
required will be issued at ` 208 (including VAT) per copy.
Rates are to be firm up to 31-1-2012.
CONDITIONS
1.
Every tenderer should remit 1% as EMD i.e. ` 2000
in
favour of “DPC Kollam Rural” either through DD
or cash remittance at this office.
2.
Tenderer should enclose an agreement as described
in tender forms in Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
