Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer

and Peripheral System to Various Departments in

University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011.

Face Value is ` 1,37,000.

The envelops containing the tenders should be

superscribed as “Tender for the Supply of Computer and

Peripheral System” and addressed to the Principal,

University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in

this College on or before 8-12-2011, 2 p. m. Late tenders

will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m.

on 8-12-2011 in the presence of the tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may be present at that

time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office

from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till

8-12-2011. The cost of the tender form is ` 457 including

VAT + Cess. The tender forms can be had by post by

sending Money Order for ` 520.

The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 226

including VAT + Cess. It will be issued only to those who

have purchased the original tender form. The original and

duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by

sending Money Order for ` 740.

The cost of tender form paid will not be refunded.

The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than

specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft,

Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost

of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender

forms are not transferable.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of Lab Equipments to the Departments of Chemistry,

Biochemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Zoology and

Botany department of Government College, Kariavattom

for the year 2011-2012.

Estimate Cost—` 1,86,000.

Sealed tender should be superscribed as “Tender

for the supply of Lab Equipments for the year

2011-12.” and should be addressed to the Principal,

Government College, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram,

Pin-695 581 and should reach the office on or before

2-12-2011, 2 p.m. Tenders received in time will be opened

on the very same day at 3 p. m. in the presence of the

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be

present at that time.

List of items to be supplied will be specified along

with the tender forms. More details can be obtained

from the office on all working days. Tender forms will be

issued on all working days from 10 am to 1 pm till

2-12-2011 at the cost of ` 400 (+4% VAT). Duplicate

tenders will be issued on payment of ` 200 (+4% VAT).

Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent

Money Order for cost of tender form and VAT 4% along

with self addressed cover affixed with sufficient stamps.

No other mode of payments is acceptable. Tender forms

will not be sent by V.P.P.

The rates quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2012.

All the tenderers should be execute an agreement in

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 while submitting tender

form (Vide page No. 6th of the tender forms). The Earnest

Money Deposit is required @ 1% of the total cost

` 1,860 and should be accompanied by Demand Draft

in favour of the Principal, Government College,

Kariavattom or Fixed Deposit Receipts. The tenderers

who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD/

Security Deposit should a enclose copy of the latest

certificate of Registration issued by Government of Kerala

Store Purchase Department. otherwise the tender will be

summarisely rejected. The right to accept or reject the

The last date for the sale and receipt of tender for

the “Supply of Laboratory Equipments (2011-12) (Plan

Fund)” to Government College, Ambalapuzha vide the

tender notice No. A/272/2011 dated 3-10-2011 is extended to

2-12-2011. There will not be any change in the time

schedule.

other equipments” addressed to the Principal, Govt.

College, Chittur, Chittur College P. O., Palakkad-678 104 so

as to reach in this office not later than 2 p. m. on

9-12-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders

will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence

of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who

may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Govt. College, Chittur, Chittur College P. O.,

Palakkad, Kerala-678 104 obtain tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,560

(` 1,500 + 60 VAT) which is the price fixed for a set of

tender form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale

of tenders forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on every day.

Those who have wish to get tender forms by post have

to sent ` 1,560 + 50 by Money Order. Cheques, Demand

Drafts, Postal Order etc., will not be accepted towards the

cost of tender forms. The form will not be sent by VPP.

Duplicate tender froms if required will be issued at ` 832

per copy and ` 50 per postage, total ` 882 only.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

equipments such as Computer Accessories and Electronics

equipments for the year 2011-12 for an estimated cost of

` 79,887 under UGC XI Plan.

The specification of the articles will be supplied along

with the tender form. The tender should be superscripted

as “Tender for the supply of equipments such as

Computer accessories and Electronic equipments for the

year 2011-12, at K.M.M. Govt. Women’s College, Kannur

4” and addressed to the Principal, K.M.M. Govt. Women’s

College, Kannur, P. O. Pallikunnu, Pin-670 004.

Cost of tender form (Costs are non-refundable):

Original—` 400 + VAT @ 4% ` 16 = ` 416.

Duplicate—` 200 + VAT @ 4% ` 8 = ` 208.

Last date and time of closing of sale of tender form—

9-12-2011, 1 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender form—

9-12-2011, 2 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tender—9-12-2011,

3 p. m.

The tender will be opened in the presence of such

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be

present at that time. The tender forms are not transferable.

The tender forms if required by post will be sent on

payment of ` 453 (Cost of tender form— ` 400+VAT

` 16 and Postage charge— ` 37) by Money Order to the

Principal, K.M.M. Govt. Women’s College, Kannur,

P. O. Pallikunnu, Pin-670 004. Cheque or Demand Drafts

are not acceptable. The rate quoted should be inclusive

of all taxes.

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1%

of the total cost quoted as Earnest Money Deposit in

favour of the Principal, K. M. M. Govt. Women’s College,

Kannur together with an agreement in Kerala Govt. Stamp

Paper worth ` 100 towards the rate quoted remains firm

till 31-3-2012.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject

any tender without assigning any reason.
