The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type
(OMR Valuation) Test held on 13-11-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the
Probability List published on 21-2-2011 for the Post of Tradesman (Sheet Metal) (Category No. 377/2007) on
` 4990-7990 in Technical Education Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in
the Gazette dated 31-10-2007, arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from
21-6-2011.
The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in
force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three
years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and
orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,
there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in
this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names
in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be
re-checked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only)
remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination
Fee”. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District
Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the
Public Service Commission ie. on or before 4-8-2011. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit
will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from
the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and
printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications
submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose
answerscripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
Candidates who wish to obtain photocopies of their OMR Answer Script (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection
should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 (` Two hundered only) in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of
Account “0051-PSC-800 other receipts 99-Other Receipts”. The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available
from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the orginal chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,
Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days of the date of publication of
this Ranked List on or before 4-8-2011. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The
fee once remitted will not be refunded.
A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of
OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Candidates are prohibited from applying for a
copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications
and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list
as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kozhikode
within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled
to.
In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis
of communities specified in the list.
The candidate who have obtained 20 (twenty) marks and above in the objective type (OMR valuation) test held

The list under Part I for General Recruitment and under Part II for the employees of Primary Co-operative Societies
contain the names of candidates selected for appointment arranged in the order of merit. The candidates included in the
list under Part I will be advised against the 50% of the vacancies reported to the Commission from the District
Co-operative Bank in Kannur and the remaining 50% vacancies from the list under Part II of employees of Primary
Co-operative Societies. In case there are no candidates available in the List (Part II) to fill up the 50% reservation for
employees from Primary Co-operative Societies, such vacancies will be filled from the Ranked List of General Open
Market candidates and such passed over vacancies will not be compensated later.

Valid applications for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala
Public Service Commission District Office, Kannur shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the
Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The
last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 8-7-2011. Application

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective
Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 13-12-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the
probability list published on 21-8-2010 for the post of Process Server (Category No. 120/2007) on ` 2650-4150 (PR) in
the Judicial Department in Kasaragod District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated
12-4-2007 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 21-6-2011.
The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force
till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years
whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders
regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,
there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this
list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names
in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed.
But answer scripts will be
re-checked, if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application form along with original chalan receipt for
the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head
of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee” addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission, District Office, “Tiger Hills”, Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod 671 121. Applications for
re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry
Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from
the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner
will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been
invalidated will not be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time
limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the
re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
The Candidates who require photocopy of their OMR answer script (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall
remit a fee of ` 200 (Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head
of Account “0051-PSC-800-Other receipts 99-Other-receipt”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available
from the Commissions, Website) along with the original chalan receipt should be submitted to the District Officer,
Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, “Tiger Hills”, Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121.
The fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies
of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are permitted to apply for Photocopy
of their own answer script only.
Valid applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC
District Office, “Tiger Hills”, Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 shall reach this office within
45 days from the date on which this Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been
approved by the Commission). The Last date for the receipt applications for recheking/obtaining photocopy of the
answer script is 4-8-2011. Applications for rechecking/obtaing photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and
not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Community of the candidate is noted in the Ranked List as per the guidelines contained in G. O. (Ms.) No.
104/09/SCSTDD dated 21-11-2009.
Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications
and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list
as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission
District Office, “Tiger Hills”, Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 within one month from the date
of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely
information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in
the list.
