Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

sports articles to the Department of Physical Education of

Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for

the year 2011-12. The tender cost is ` 40,835. The list of

required specifications/equipments will be supplied along

with the tender form.

The tender should be submitted as Tender

No. A6/3011/2011/GCW dated 18-11-2011 for the supply of

sports articles to the Department of Physical Education

and addressed to the Principal, Government College for

Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the

undersigned on or before 19-12-2011 at 2 p. m. Tenders

received after the date and time will not be accepted under

any circumstances. The tenders received within the time

stipulated above would be opened on 19-12-2011 at 3 p. m.

in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed

intended forms on demand from the College Office

between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m. on all working days on

payment of ` 300 + VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required

will be issued at ` 150 + VAT.

Those who are intending

to obtain the same by post should submit their request

together with a self addressed and stamped envelope

affixing Postage Stamp of worth ` 50.

The cost of tender

forms once remitted will not be refunded under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheques/Postage Stamps/Postal Orders will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms

be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the

tenderers outside the State in case they request for the

same and remit separately ` 50 being the cost of Stamp

Paper and ` 30 towards Postage. Money Order alone will

be accepted for this purpose.

N.B.:—The price to be quoted in the tender must be

inclusive of all taxes.

Equipments under Maintence of Play Grounds and other

Sports Facilities (Plan) during 2011-12”. And addressed to

Malappuram District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State. Obtain the

requisite tender form on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender form should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 towards the

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and

of equipments to be quoted. Short/Term/Fixed Deposit

receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D.

carry no interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should

be quoted separately for each item. The successful

tenderers should supply the equipments within one

month after the receipt of the supply order at their own

expenses. The firms who are exempted from furnishing

EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order

along with tender documents. Every tender should execute

an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along

with the tender.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or

extend the tender formalities without any further notice.

The cash transactions in the Office are at 10 a. m. to

2 p. m. on all working days.

amount of ` 1,43,000 under Career and Counselling Cell

UGC-XI Plan.

tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 23-12-2011, in the

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Brennen College of Teacher

Education, Thalassery-670 101 obtain requisite tender form

on which tenders should be submitted. The cost of the

tender form is ` 400+4% VAT (i.e. ` 416).

19-12-2011 at 3 p.m.

Late tenders will not be

accepted.

Tender will be opened on 19-12-2011 at

3.30 p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their

authorised representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam,

Thalassery-6, obtain requisite tender form on which the

tender should be submitted.

The cost of the tender form

is ` 320.

Application form should be accompanied by

a cash remittance of ` 320 at the Office or by Money

Order which the price is fixed for a form and it is not

refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage

Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms.

Forms will

not be sent by V.P.P.

Tender forms are not transferable.

Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest

Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the articles

tendered for.

This is subject to a minimum of

` 30.

Tender form if required by post an additional

amount of ` 40 should be sent.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

` 100 is to be submitted along with the tender.

Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the

State in case they required for the same and remit by

money order an additional amount of ` 120 (Rupees 100

for stamp paper and ` 20 for incidental expenses).

Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at

` 160 per copy only to those who purchase the original
