Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of items for MRTV trade of ITI, Attingal.

Cost of tender form :

Original—` 300 + 12.5% VAT.

Duplicate—` 150 + 12.5% VAT.

Last date and time of sale of tender—

31-12-2011, 11 a. m.

Last date and time of receipt of sealed tender—

31-12-2011, 12 Noon.

Date and time of opening sealed tender—

31-12-2011, 2 p. m.

The cost of tender form will be accepted only by

cash or money order. The tenders should be superscribed

with tender number and date and addressed to the

Principal, ITI, Attingal, Pin-695 101. Late tenders will not

be accepted. 1% of the total cost should be enclosed as

Earnest Money Deposit. The tender in original should be

accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp

Paper worth of ` 100, otherwise the tender will not be

considered. Validity period of price quoted should be

3 months from the date of opening of the tender,

otherwise will be rejected. Stamp paper will be forwarded

to the firm outside Kerala if required by remitting ` 125

separately by money order. Tender forms are not

transferable. The form can be had on payment of ` 25% of

the cost of form to the firms having SSI registration.
