(Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 on or before 6-8-2011. A
copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated
due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet
which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
(3) A period of 45 days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the
date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked
List.
Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply
for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

Note.— A Period of forty five days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from
the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer scripts relating to the written test held for selection to

Type Test (OMR) held on 27-2-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability
list published on 29-10-2010 for the post of Tradesman (Electronics) on ` 4990-7990 (PR) in Technical Education
Department in Thrissur District, arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is published on the basis of the Gazette
Notification for the post dated 31-10-2007 as Category No. 379/2007. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect
from 21-6-2011. The ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of
a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be
advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from
time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice
for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in this list

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But
re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the
Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any
account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this Office. Application for rechecking of
answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the Various
Offices of Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website
www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The
application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer,
Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building, 2nd Floor, Opp. Town Hall,
City Post Office, Chebukavu, Thrissur-20 should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of the
Ranked List by the PSC (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). Application for
rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The last date for receipt of application for
rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answerscript is 5-8-2011.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees
two hundred only) which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is to be credited to the
the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 other receipts” and the original chalan receipt should be attached
with the application. The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both “A” part and “B” part
will be given. The Photo copy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy
of their own answer script only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidates
answer script legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the photo copy of OMR
answer script should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of Ranked List. Copies of OMR
sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Entries put in column 8 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and
proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the
list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission District Office, Thrissur within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the
benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if
any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
All the candidates who have secured 58 (Fifty eight) marks and above in the OMR Test held on 27-2-2009 and
who have appeared with necessary documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the
Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the
