It is hereby notified that the following corrections are effected in the Ranked List No. 470/09/SSIV brought into force

with effect from 30-11-2009 for the post of Excise Inspector on ` 7990-12930 in the Excise Department.

The inclusion of the candidate viz., Santhosh Kumar, N. V. (Sl. No. 116 Rank 80) in the Main list of the Ranked

List is made provisional as the Community of the candidate is not noted in the Non Creamy Layer Certificate produced by

NCA Notification for LC & SC on ` 8390-13270 in the Education Department (Category No.394/2008) in Kasaragod District

interviewed and found suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order of merit, for recruitment against NCA vacancy

for LC & SC communities. This ranked list is brought into force with effect from 30-12-2009 and will be valid until

candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for LC & SC communities, but remain unfilled due

to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 20-12-2005 for the above post.

The following List contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the OMR Test

held on 16-1-2009 for the post of Mechanic on ` 3440-5385 in the Kerala Water Authority (Category No. 328/2007).

This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 23-12-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there

is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list

at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But Answer Script will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only)

remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99-Examination

Fee” addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P.O.,

Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

Application for rechecking after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been

invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time-

limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the

rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection

shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account

0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 other receipts). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala

Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list.

A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to any defect

will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal

proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as

proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala Public

Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the

benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any,

and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to

the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list

at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in

the list.

All eligible candidates who have appeared for the OMR Test have been included in the Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But Answer Script will be

rechecked, if the candidates apply for rechecking, remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the

Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99-Examination Fee”.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered.

The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public

Service Commission District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list. Application

for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once

remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the

prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will

be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application

forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted

all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation

will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Scripts is not allowed. But Answer Scripts will be

rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one

of the treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99-Examination Fee”.

Application for re-checking of the answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the

Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. The original Chalan receipt for the prescribed fee

should be produced with the application for re-checking.

Valid applications for re-checking addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Alappuzha-688 001 should

reach this office within 30 days from the date on which Ranked List is officially released by the Commission. Application

for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. Applications

for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. The fee once

remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time

limit enclosing Original chalan receipts as stated above the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-

checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection

shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-other

receipts-99-other receipts). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s website

www.keralapsc. org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission District Office, Alappuzha within one month from the date of official publication of the Ranked List. A copy

of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not

be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal

proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission

District Office, Alappuzha within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to

which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidate will be

advised as incorporated in the list.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective

Type (OMR) Test held on 8-3-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List

published on 6-11-2009 for selection to the post of Lascar Grade II/Gate Keeper Grade II on ` 2650-4150 in Printing

Department in Kottayam District (Cat. No. 99/2006) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force

with effect from 31-12-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of

a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this List will be

advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time

to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for

appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will

secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for

appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be

done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by

chalan under the Head of Account “ 0051-PSC- 105- State PSC -99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not be

refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office. Application for

rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the Enquiry section

of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the commission’s

website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopies there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer,

KPSC District Office, Kottayam should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List

officially released by the Public Service Commission. The application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit

will not be entertained.

Candidates who wish to obtain a Photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection

shall remit the fees of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the

Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-other receipts 99-other receipts”. The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available

from the Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District officer, KPSC, District

Office Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the KPSC. A copy

of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect

will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal pro-

ceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application

forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted

in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission, District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit

of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the can-

didates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 85 (Eighty five) marks and above in the objective Type (OMR) Test have been

included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates

included in the Supplementary List.

The following List contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR) Test held on 15-11-2008 for selection to the post of L.D. Compiler/investigator on ` 4990-7990 (Category

No. 74/2007) in Economics & Statistics Department in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List

is brought into force with effect from 28-12-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List

after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this

list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended

from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the

advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the

list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for

appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed, but rechecking of marks will be

done on payment of ` 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The marks awarded will be checked a second time and

discrepancies, if any, will be rectified. The original chalan receipt together with the application for rechecking should reach

the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the result. The fee

once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Application for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Probability List are advised to refer notification

No. ER VII(2)1277/09/EW dated 5-8-2009 (appended with the Ranked List) for the register numbers of invalidated answer

scripts and the reasons thereof. Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form

available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded

and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied there from. Applications

submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates can, if required, obtain the Xerox copy of their OMR answer sheets. The application in the prescribed

form should be submitted within one month of the publication of Ranked List, along with the original chalan receipt for

` 200 remitted in the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-99- Other receipts”. The detailed instructions in this regard and a

specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List.

The Entries put in column 8 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application form and

The following List contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR Valuation) Test held on 29-11-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability

List published on 24-11-2009 for the post of Male Warden (Category No. 303/2007) on ` 4990-7990 in Scheduled Caste

Development Department in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated

15-9-2007 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 31-12-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this

list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only)

remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination

Fee”. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District

Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Public Service

Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once

remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been

invalidated will not be considered.

The candidates, who require the Xerox copies of their OMR Answer Scripts should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200

in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99 Other receipts”. The

application for obtaining Xerox copy of OMR Answer Script should be in the prescribed form and should reach the

District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The

application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. The

application form can be downloaded from the application section of the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications

and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as

proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission

District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which

they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised on

the basis of communities specified in the list.

List published on 4-12-2009 for the post of Clerk/Cashier (Direct Recruitment Part-I) (Category No. 20/2006) on

` 4200-9050 in District Co-operative Bank in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the

Gazette dated 24-4-2006 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from

12-1-2010.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of this list. 50% of the vacancies reported during the pendency of the Ranked List for

Direct Recruitment will be filled up from this Ranked List (Part I) and the remaining 50% of the vacancies will be filled

The following List contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR Valuation) Test held on 10-5-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability

List published on 4-12-2009 for the post of Clerk/Cashier-Part II (Direct Recruitment from eligible Employees of Member

Societies/Primary Co-operative Societies affiliated to the District Co-operative Bank) (Category No. 21/2006) on

` 4200-9050 in the District Co-operative Bank in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the

Gazette dated 24-4-2006 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 12-1-2010.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of the list. 50% of the vacancies reported during the pendency of the Ranked List will

be filled up from Part II of the Ranked List for eligible Employees of affiliated Member Societies of the District

Co-operative Bank. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all

the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation

will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But Answer Scripts will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only)

remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC 99 Examination

Fee”. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, K. P. S. C. District

Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Public Service

Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once

remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper

from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org. or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner

will not be considered. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated

will not be considered.

The candidates, who require the Xerox copies of their OMR Answer Scripts should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200

in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Accounts “0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts”. The

application for obtaining Xerox copy of OMR Answer Script should be in the prescribed form and should reach the

District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of

the ranked list. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will

not be refunded. The application form can be downloaded from the application section of the Commission’s Website

www.keralapsc.org.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their applications

and proved with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as

proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission

District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which

they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on

the basis of communities specified in the list.
