Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for

supply of the following items to District Court,

Kasaragod.

Details of the Air Conditioner to be supplied

(Standard quality)

(1)

Air Conditioner (2 TR Split type Air Conditioner)—

2 ton rated high wall 5 star rated split A/C unit

super quite.

(2)

Supply and fixing 5 KVA Voltage Stabilizer

V. Guard or equivalent with input voltage 170

to 270 and output voltage range of 210-230 V.

Supply and providing frame for the out door

unit.

(4)

Installation testing, commissioning of the above

AC set (The total cost of the machine should

be less than the estimated amount of ` 55,250

(` Fifty five thousand two hundred and fifty

only).

Cost of tender form—` 300 + 12.5% VAT.

Date of commencement of sale of tender form—

12-12-2011.

Date and time of close of sale of tender form—

20-12-2011, 3 p. m.

Last date and time for receipt of tender form—

21-12-2011, 1 p. m.

Date and time for opening of tender—21-12-2011,

3 p. m.

Tender forms and other details can be had from the

office of undersigned on payment of prescribed amount

either directly or by post. The tenders with required

documents should be submitted in sealed cover with an

EMD of ` 250 and along with an agreement in Stamp

Paper worth ` 100 within the prescribed date shown

above. Tender No. and name of tender should be clearly

specified in each cover while submitting tender forms and

for other correspondence. Tenders received after the

specified date and time will be summarily rejected then

and there. If the date of opening of tender happens to be

holiday the tender will be opened in the next working day

itself.

If EMD is in the form of FD receipts from

Nationalised Bank or any other Bank approved by State

Government or Government Treasury Deposit, the same

has to be pledged in the name of District Judge,

Kasaragod.
