invited on behalf of Governor of Kerala from experience

manufacturers or their authorized agents for the purchase

of equipments for new Microcontroller and Interfacing Lab

of Government Polytechnic College, Neyyattinkara.

Brief Description—Procurement of equipments

required for setting up of new Microcontroller and

Interfacing Lab

Cost of tender form (Excluding VAT 4%) :

Duplicate—` 200 + 8 + 1= ` 209.

Tender documents can be obtained from the

Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Neyyattinkara,

Perumpazhuthoor P. O., Pin-695 126 on request in writing

and payment of cost in cash or by Money Order in

favour of the Principal, Government Polytechnic College,

Neyyattinkara, Perumpazhuthoor P.O. from 10.30 a.m. to

3 p.m. on all working days. The sale of tender forms will

be closed at 11 a.m. on 2-1-2012.

Separate tender documents should be submitted for

each tender. Name and full address of the remitter and the

required Number should be clearly indicated in the request

for tender documents. If the tender documents are

required by post an additional amount of ` 50 (Rupees

Fifty only ) should also be paid along with the cost of

tender documents. Cost of tender documents once paid

will neither be refunded nor adjusted. Tender documents

are not adjusted. Tender documents are not transferable.

In the event of date being declared as a holiday for

the State Government Officers, the due date for

submission and opening of tenders will be the next

working day.
