PROCLAMATION

OF THE PURCHASER OF LAND

It is hereby publically notified for general information

that Smt. Saifunnisa, D/o Moosa Cheppali, Thadathil House

of Kumaranellur Village has purchased on the 25th day of

July, 2009 at Public auction an extent of .4 cents of lands in

R. S. No.9/IA of Kumaranellur desom of Kumaranellur Village

in

Kozhikode

Taluk,

Kozhikode

District sold for the recovery of Family Court dues from

M. C. Muhammed, s/o Ali, the land holder and that the land

will be registered in her name. It is therefore

declared that Smt. Saifunnisa, D/o Moosa Cheppali, Thadathil

House, Kumaranellur Village has succeeded to all the rights

of M. C. Mohammed over the affore said lands.

lakhs ninety Thousand only) The immovable property

specified below at the sale held in the public auction on

the 25th day of July, 2009 for the execution of warrant in

CMP 608/05, 1442/06, 255/06, 17/08 issued by the Judge,

Family Court, Kozhikode to realize ` 3,77,000 (Three Lakh

and

thousand

only)

from

M. C. Muhammed, S/o Ali, Mathirur chalil (Chakkaron) (H)

Thadapparambil, Kumaranellur P. O., Mukkam (via),

Kozhikode Taluk and whereas the Revenue Divisional Of-

ficer, Kozhikode has confirmed the sale as per Order No.

(4420/10 (2) dated 12-8-2011 U/s 54 of KRR Act 1968. It

is hereby declared under Sub Section (1) of Section 57 of

the said Act that Smt. Saifunneesa D/o Moosa

Thadaparambil (H), Kumaranellur Village Kozhikode Taluk,

Kozhikode District is the lawful succession to the rights of

the forms and holder in the said immovable property.
